Akafuyu, a swordsman from Higashi, is the successor of the Nobukage-ryu Iai-suemonogiri Kenpou. Aside from her mastery of traditional swordsmanship, she also possesses excellent modern combat and tactical abilities. Given how distinctively extraordinary she is as an individual, it will take some time for her to familiarize herself with Rhodes Island's combat style.

• Appointed as AssistantYou need me for something? Hah... Look at all these papers on the desk, each one filled with words. Just the sight of them makes me want to cut them up!
• Talk 1Hfph—haah... Leave me alone. I'm trying to feel my new technique. Aren't techniques meant to be conceived, you say? Hmph, not for me. I just need to quiet down and feel it with my heart. When the time comes, my technique will naturally unfold on my blade.
• Talk 2That ninja... She may evade your eyes, but she cannot fool my senses. I know not what she schemes, but I can promise you I shall not engage her here and now. However, if I find her trying to harm my master... You won't be able to stop my blade.
• Talk 3Who says my eye sight is poor? Heh! This medical report is utter nonsense. If you doubt me, send your strongest, swiftest warriors, and as many as you want. Have them attack me from any direction all at once. If they can make it anywhere close to my body, I'll accept defeat.
• Talk after Promotion 1It hurts my head to hear righteous principles. Especially when those hypocrites go on and on like preaching scriptures. Hmph, the principles in their mouths are just fancy garbage. For benefit, they will stab even their family in the back. These shameless cowards, my katana will slice them apart!
• Talk after Promotion 2I've seen winters like that many times. The snow would turn red the moment it hit the ground. My enemies were everywhere. Lying, sitting... I never saw their faces, nor did I care to. My face and chest felt cold, but my hands gripping my blade were warm. Tsk, why am I even telling you all this? Just forget what I said.
• Talk after Trust Increase 1Um? How many times have I told you? Don't stand in front of me all of a sudden! What? You wanted me to see you better? You're a strange fellow. I don't need to look at you to know it's you. You think I would just let anybody come this close to me?
• Talk after Trust Increase 2Doctor, you remind me of my master when you get serious. I suppose it's because… both you and her compel yourselves to go forward in chase of a grand, ambitious goal.
• Talk after Trust Increase 3My master had me come to Rhodes Island for some peace and quiet. Yet how can I find peace, when the flames of war still rage in my homeland? Nonetheless, as a general, you have my respect. Doctor, while under your command, I shall fight by your side and slay all that stands in your way!
• IdleHmm… The air here is nice and cool. Hey you, move over a bit. Let me lie down for a while too.
