Enforcer, citizen of Laterano, entitled to the privileges listed in Clauses 1 through 13 of the Laterano Constitution, is an executor of the Notarial Hall who just passed his training term. During the Summit of Nations, he was involved in riots caused by heretics. Following the incident's conclusion, he was recommended by Operator Executor. In accordance to an agreement between Rhodes Island and the Notarial Hall, he now assists Rhodes Island as a specialist operator.
