The Iberia-born roving doctor, Whisperain, never stays in one place for too long. Records of her work in the area remain all throughout Kazimierz, Sami and the like. Her patients appear to have received treatment from her while she passed by, and in her seemingly aimless wandering, she's rescued more than a few from the brink. Since she administered treatment to a mid-mission team of Operators met by chance, she is now an ad hoc member of the Medical Department as an accompanying doctor, journeying together with Rhodes Island for the short-term.

• Appointed as AssistantPlease, leave all these reports to me. I take great delight in indulging myself in records and documents.
• Talk 1That Suzuran girl I turned down just now, I wonder if I've been too harsh on her... She was kind enough to invite me to her tea party, but socializing isn't really my forte…
• Talk 2My body is frail, frailer than most others'. To die a young death, to forsake all my pasts, then to be born anew… 'Rejuvenation'… such is the cruel fate of mine…
• Talk 3Memories dissipate as spumes on shore. The pains, the joys, the pasts I don't want to let go… nothing will be there as I look back.
• Talk after Promotion 1Though my memory fails to serve me, I can still sense the unspeakable flowing within my blood. Stay away from the sea, Doctor. It'll be a nightmare devouring us all. It is… fear itself.
• Talk after Promotion 2I do wonder sometimes what 'mortality' is to those with true longevity, like Dr. Warfarin and her people. For them to shed not a tear when bidding farewell to the departed, is it only because theirs have long run dry?
• Talk after Trust Increase 1Doctor, could you take these flowers to the children in the ward, for me? Yes, just like always, place them by their bedsides… Thank you, for helping keep this secret.
• Talk after Trust Increase 2Doctor, come quickly, we need to find Closure! It seems Thorns and his companions have burst a water pipe open in the corridor, and Weedy is furious now! I'm soaked to the skin... Um, I seem—like I'm enjoying myself? Wh-What do you mean?!
• Talk after Trust Increase 3Every time I watch a film, I keep the ticket stub afterward. These leftover vestiges always serve to me as a reminder, even if the contents would be lost to me... Doctor, could you come watch a film with me? I'd like to preserve the time I've passed with you, too.
• IdleSleep sound, Doctor... By the time you wake, will you have forgotten about me?
• OnboardCode name… Whisperain. A roving doctor, nothing more. If possible, please take me as a traveler lodging under the eaves in rain. You needn't pay me much mind…
• Watching Battle RecordIn the face of such fierce combat, I worry... I wouldn't be able to survive.
• Promotion 1Thank you very much. But I hope you treat me the same as always...
