Utjug Order
The Utjug Order is a special mobilization mechanism the UWST activates under extreme combat conditions to deploy military resources.
The Utjug Order's activation systems, deployed across various regions, typically consist of signal emitters and beacon devices. Specially designed signal emitters contain two authorization keycards, each entrusted to different senior field commanders of the UWST at the location. Only when both keycards are used simultaneously can communication coordinates be successfully transmitted.
When the signal emitter activates, the UWST receives the Utjug Order. As one of the UWST's highest strategic commands, recipients automatically assume the transmission source is undergoing catastrophic military assault. Any UWST installation receiving this directive will unconditionally deploy military resources toward the signal's origin.
Upon receiving coordinates, the UWST Warzone Command conducts a voice verification. If no response is detected, they initiate saturated military resource deployment. Should the response confirm specific combat parameters, they execute precision deployment of military assets to designated locations accordingly.
