Æther Test Site

The Æther Test Site constitutes a specialized testing facility erected by the UWST within the Power Plateau.

The UWST established this facility specifically because the Power Plateau contains a "naturally stable rift", a rift showing no observable expansion over extended periods, with minimal Blight risk. During Valley IV's initial planning phase, scientists proposed developing the entire Power Plateau into an integrated Æthertech Research Center combining exploration, study, and application. This recommendation remained unaddressed for years. After nearly two decades of colonial development, the UWST finally certified the valley's environmental safety. They subsequently lifted the northern region's lockdown and constructed the Æther Test Site atop this strategically vital location.

Since Talosian Calendar, Year 90, the UWST has conducted a series of experiments at the Æther Test Site, including dimensional stability maintenance and internal Æther observation trials.
