Endministrator, we have acquired read access for the files you submitted. With the authorization granted by the Wuling Institute of Materials Science, we acquired and archived test reports and records associated with the Tide Flayer project. This project was an attempt to utilize high-density Xiranite to address the Blight. The details are as follows:
FILE NUMBER: 147
PROJECT TITLE: Tide Flayer
PRIMARY INVESTIGATOR: Mo Hen
......
PRINCIPLES AND CONCEPTS: Given the instability of Blight and Blight-related materials, the location of the Blight Core cannot be discerned with the means and conditions available to this project. Algorithmic offsets and deviations are also too large to achieve effective Xiranite filling and coverage. Hence, this test opted to compress super-dense Xiranite into a whip-like structure. Upon contact with the Blight Core, this structure rapidly disintegrates, releasing Xiranite at the point of contact. This achieves efficient broad-area probing, positioning, and destruction of the Blight Core, thereby eliminating the threat posed by the Blight.
TESTING CONDITIONS: The Tide Flayer project requires investigators to be in close proximity to Blighted environments to perform detailed testing of whip probing ranges and Xiranite-release efficiency. Protective gear and Xiranite are to be supplied by the Institute of Materials Science. All testing must be conducted under the highest level of supervision.
PROJECT REVIEW RESULTS: Recommend complete suspension of this project
