Venerable Tianshi's Reminder

Aside from those from the HAS HQ, students from three other scientific developmental districts have already arrived in Wuling ahead of time to prepare for the exams.

Make sure their accommodations are well arranged. I've noticed many of them came for Materials Science, so let's organize a few tours of the Xiranite facilities and give them some proper introductions.

And make sure to remind everyone to stay well away from the Blight Tide. Also, keep tight control over the bamboo raft rentals.
