Hannabit Circuit

The Hannabit Circuit is a general term for certain groups of traveling wanderers who roam the wilderness of Talos-II while sharing a distinct cultural identity.

Members of the Hannabit Circuit refer to themselves as "Songseekers" and see themselves as travelers, wandering scholars, and nomads. Songseekers roam the wildlands beyond the cities of the Civilization Band. They have mastered unique wilderness survival skills and crafting techniques, and have founded many self-sufficient pastoral tribes. Although different Hannabit tribes uphold radically different traditions, every Songseeker in the Circuit follows the same basic tenet — take up the wanderer's path to hone oneself, and seek a way to coexist with Talos-II.

The "Aldertones" of the Hannabit Circuit serve as guides and teachers. Each Aldertone has their own following, offering knowledge to their "Echolings" while wandering the world to validate and perfect their beliefs. The "Echolings" are apprentices and followers who acquire wisdom from their Aldertones and join them on their wandering journeys. A well-learned Echoling often gains enough experience to journey alone. When such Echolings gather their own following, they become Aldertones themselves — which is why the Hannabit Circuit is colloquially known as the "academy of the wilderness."
