Zeroth Directive

You arrive at the Bureau of Swordmancers' entrance, where two Tianshi disciples are discussing last night's strange incident.

Confused Disciple
Okay, so where did this ghost come from? And why is it so obsessed with us?
You
What's wrong with the Hongyun Express Station?
Rambling Disciple
You seriously don't know the story? Long ago, a disciple spent an entire lifetime trying to master the "Three Swords of Mastery", yet never succeeded.
Rambling Disciple
So he never graduated. Died here, full of regret. And that grudge turned him into a restless ghost!
Rambling Disciple
Remember that light in the hallway that keeps flickering for no reason? Yeah, he loved working out right there!
Confused Disciple
AAHH—!
Rambling Disciple
And the sword pells? Should be obvious, right?
Rambling Disciple
That ghost stood right beside one, muttering nonsense. You know what that means? It means he still can't accept he never made them rise!
Confused Disciple
AAAHHH—!!
Rambling Disciple
Oh, and the Hongyun Express Station...
Rambling Disciple
Y-you're the Endministrator of Endfield Industries?! And Viceroy Zhuang...
Perlica
The station should be a package drop-off point. Did something happen there?
Rambling Disciple
W-well... Last night, every single locker at Hongyun was wide open! It had to be that ghost...
Confused Disciple
But ... weren't those lockers only installed a few years ago? They've got nothing to do with the ghost... right?
Rambling Disciple
What do you know? He never had anything like that, so of course he's bitter...
Tianshi Zhang
You two again! Quit spreading nonsense! Did you finish fixing those security cameras?
Confused Disciple
M-ma'am! Almost done ... just one more. We'll get back to it right now!
Tianshi Zhang
Sorry you had to witness that, Endministrator, Viceroy Zhuang, and Supervisor Perlica.
Zhuang Fangyi
There is no need to worry. We received word from Mi Fu and came to take a look.
Tianshi Zhang
Please, follow me to the sword pells. Something strange has indeed happened there.
