A Simple-Looking Lung

Esteemed visitor, from one glance alone I knew you are one blessed with superb skills. Can you help me with a small favor?

What favor?

See my left and right? All empty. There should be two lungs by my sides. Uglier lungs.

But the two brats carried a grudge against me and ran off.

If you have the time to look around and find them, can you persuade them to return?

You are an esteemed and well-respected one. Your words will carry weight. Your help is very much appreciated.
