Memo: A Schemer

Ruan's plan was definitely workable. Smashing Wuling's suppression of the rift and wiping the whole city off the map was undoubtedly the most efficient approach.

What a shame ... that Darkmask was truly a master...

This plan still has some flaws. I've got a better one.

Wuling's canals are a tangled web. Blowing them up or infiltrating through them is the real winning strategy—way smarter than sending our brothers in blindly as cannon fodder to distract the city.
