The Watchguard's Advisory

Attention all merchants and transporters.

Reports indicate a Landbreaker group is heading toward Wuling. Do not leave the city for the time being; if you must, ensure you are properly armed and agile enough to protect yourself.

Advise from Wuling Watchguards: T-Creds are endless, life is not. Stay safe on your journey.
