Memo: Melancholy Tianshi (2)

My friends have been calling me a pessimist.

But that's not how I was born. I've seen the Science Station built from scratch, seen us struggle in a perilous place to tackle the rift.

I was pretty confident back then.

So, what turned me hopeless?

Probably that rainy night ten years ago.

I might even have been one of the ones to blame.

Since then, I've lost faith in humanity and its future.
