Giant crossbows and axes... They definitely belong to the Landbreakers.

They're not the same kind of trouble as Qingbo Stockade, and since they've actually come close to Wuling, we need to take it seriously.

It might bend the rules, but could we make an exception and deploy Yinglung this once?
