Unfinished Review Draft
Flavor: 5/5. Absolutely perfect. Today I finally understood what it means for a scent to travel for miles and a spice to hit just right without being overwhelming. The moment I bit into the meat, the legendary Shangshu I'd only read about in books sprang to life before my eyes.
Ambience: 4/5. A little cramped, otherwise great.
Service: 5/5. Friendly and approachable, the staff are chatty but give you plenty of space.

What sets this place apart from all the other restaurants? It's the owner.
I only exchanged a few words with him, but I could tell he had traveled extensively across Talos-II.
When I saw "Morospolis-style Picked Greens" on the menu, I really thought it was just a gimmick at first. But the moment it was served, I knew the chef had truly mastered the soul of my hometown's cuisine.
As it turned out, Mr. Pan had indeed been to Morospolis. We spoke about the grand architecture and the warmth of people there... I felt homesick.
Food critics often say, "Taste a hundred dishes with your tongue, see a thousand people with your eyes." I think they were speaking of someone exactly like Mr. Pan.
