Article 1

Under the initiative of the Nation of Yan, all signatory nations have jointly agreed to produce copies of key ■■■■■■■■■ and to entrust them to Yan, so that the said copies may be placed under unified and permanent preservation for the purpose of ensuring the ■■■■■■ of Terran Civilization and of benefiting our future generations on Talos-II.

Article 2

The copies preserved herein shall be equally accessible and usable by all signatory nations and their legitimate successors, without restriction by nation of origin.

Article 3

A Supervisory Committee, comprising one representative appointed by each signatory nation, shall be established. The task of the Supervisory Committee shall be to supervise the execution of the provisions of this Agreement and to jointly stipulate the rules for the usage and preservation of the said copies.

Article 4

The Nation of Yan is responsible for providing safe and stable venues and facilities for long-term preservation, and shall commit to the proper operations of the said venues and facilities.
