The Great Oak of Valley IV had fallen for 20 years. Still, they insisted on building up the Valley and convert it into one of the biggest scientific bases of the world. They want to achieve greatness in Valley IV.

Is this a dream? Or a continuation of politics?

The naturally stable rift seems like a great, valuable thing. But the great Mother disagrees. The potential of Æther testing will not secure the future of Valley IV. Instead, it will only invite disaster.
