The group splits up. Sakiko is the first to find Iris's pen pal, Ann, and observes firsthand her miserable life. She plays a lullaby for Ann in her last moments of childhood. Iris gives Sakiko a necklace in gratitude. Sakiko puts on the necklace, and finds herself in a massive castle.
